Step into a dynamic and exciting opportunity where your visual and presentation design leadership will redefine excellence! We are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as a visionary design leader, crafting compelling visual narratives that resonate across the organization's highest-stakes moments. This is your chance to influence executive decisions, set the benchmark for communications design, and leave an indelible mark on a global scale. You'll operate with autonomy and authority, driving innovation and elevating the craft of design throughout the enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the visual and editorial identity for high-visibility organizational communications, including executive presentations, major events, and all-hands meetings.
- Set world-class art direction, meticulously refining typography, layout, editorial systems, and motion to be expressive and authoritative.
- Deliver production-ready assets and provide end-to-end support for critical events, ensuring flawless execution.
- Architect reusable templates, editorial frameworks, and toolkits that empower consistent, high-quality outputs by non-designers across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted visual design partner for leaders, adeptly translating complex strategies into impactful visual narratives.
- Define and uphold design standards and craft guidelines, actively mentoring and elevating the broader design community.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, presentation design, brand identity, motion design, or studio/agency art direction.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating world-class executive communications, presentation design, typography, editorial design, brand systems, and motion graphics.
- Advanced craft skills across typographic systems, layout, color, iconography, and motion.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence leaders at various levels.
- Robust production discipline, including proficiency with Figma, After Effects (or equivalent), and PowerPoint, coupled with clean file systems and documentation practices.
- Experience building templates and reusable visual toolkits for large, complex organizations.
- Experience working within and extending established design systems, applying brand standards consistently across diverse communication formats.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in event/streaming, stage, or broadcast graphics.
- Familiarity with accessibility principles, localization considerations, and front-end development constraints.
