Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of
Senior Vice President, Product Solutioner to joinour Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Boston, MA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Product Solutioner Role Summary: Identifies opportunities, shapes solution design, and orchestrates delivery of end-to-end product solutions by combining and evolving capabilities and products from across the Performance & Compliance products, F&IS, other platforms and/or lines of business. This role focuses on providing product solutions to create scalable industry solutions and meet complex client demands to drive revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify high-value, complex client and market opportunities aligned to firm strategy, mega-trends and revenue priorities.
- Design end-to-end solutions by bundling new and/or existing capabilities and products across platforms and/or lines of business
- Translate client and commercial needs into clear solution concepts, value propositions, and success metrics
- Build and articulate business cases, including revenue potential, cost implications, pricing considerations, and scalability
- Partner with Coverage, and Product teams to ensure solutions are client-ready and commercially differentiated
- Act as the connective tissue across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to progress solutions from concept to market
- Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Embed regulatory, legal, and risk considerations into solution design from inception in partnership with 2nd line
- Define solution roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria
- Support execution by ensuring clear ownership, governance, and decisioning across participating platform/product teams
- Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery or commercialization

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 years of experience in the finance industry.
- Experience developing end-to-end solutions across multiple products, platforms, LOBs
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing logic, and value proposition development
- Working knowledge of regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements at BNY
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives and decision-ready materials
- Experience operating in matrixed, global environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
