Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Client Operations team. This role is located in Everett, MA. In-office requirement is four days.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:- Independently work with large, complex external clients to resolve the most critical and complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
- May resolve atypical or highly complex issues and/or escalate to management as appropriate.
- May serve as subject matter experts on BNY products and services.
- May lead staff on specific projects and resolution of client issues.
- Lead team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to major clients and ensure requests are executed.

- Superior communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
