Medtronic's Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is advancing digital health through connected technologies, analytics, and actionable insights that help improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Within the HealthCast™ Digital Health portfolio, this role will lead the strategy and growth of analytics, clinical decision support, and connectivity solutions that enable smarter, more proactive care.

The Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Connectivity is responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, and growth of ACM's analytics and connectivity portfolio. This includes analytics platforms, clinical decision support tools, AI-enabled insights, interoperability, device connectivity, EMR integrations, and ecosystem partnerships.

This role will own the portfolio roadmap for analytics and clinical intelligence solutions, ensuring customer needs, clinical evidence, market insights, and business objectives are translated into scalable products that create meaningful value for healthcare systems. The role will also lead build, buy, and partner decisions to accelerate portfolio growth and position Medtronic as a leader in connected and intelligent patient care.

Working closely with R&D, Data Science, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, IT, and Commercial teams, this leader will shape how monitoring data is transformed into actionable insights that improve clinical decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and execute the product strategy for analytics, clinical decision support, and connectivity solutions.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap for analytics platforms, insights, and clinical intelligence capabilities.
  • Prioritize investments and product development based on customer needs, market opportunities, clinical value, and business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop business cases to support portfolio expansion and growth.


Analytics & Clinical Decision Support
  • Lead the development of analytics and clinical decision support solutions that improve patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and care delivery.
  • Define high-value use cases that transform patient and monitoring data into actionable clinical and operational insights.
  • Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Data Science teams to develop evidence-based solutions and value propositions.
  • Ensure analytics capabilities align with evolving customer, clinical, and healthcare system needs.


Portfolio Leadership & Strategic Partnerships
  • Drive the long-term portfolio strategy for analytics and clinical intelligence solutions.
  • Lead build, buy, and partner evaluations to accelerate innovation and portfolio growth.
  • Identify, assess, and manage strategic partnerships that strengthen Medtronic's analytics, AI, and clinical decision support capabilities.
  • Support acquisition, partnership, and investment assessments related to digital health and analytics opportunities.


Connectivity & Ecosystem Integration
  • Lead strategy for device connectivity, interoperability, and EMR integration.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define requirements for data exchange, system integration, and platform scalability.
  • Drive interoperability strategies that enable seamless integration across healthcare ecosystems.
  • Support connectivity solutions that improve customer adoption and long-term platform value.


Customer & Market Leadership
  • Lead voice-of-customer efforts with clinicians, health system leaders, IT stakeholders, and economic buyers.
  • Translate customer needs into prioritized product requirements and strategic roadmap decisions.
  • Monitor competitive trends, emerging technologies, AI advancements, regulatory changes, and reimbursement dynamics.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that clearly articulate clinical, operational, and economic benefits.


Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with R&D, Data Science, UX, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to define and deliver solutions.
  • Align global and regional stakeholders on portfolio priorities and roadmap direction.
  • Support commercialization strategies and market adoption of analytics and connectivity offerings.
  • Influence executive leadership through data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy role, or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy role


Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management, product marketing, digital health, software, analytics, or healthcare technology experience.
  • Experience with interoperability, EMR integration, HL7, FHIR, APIs, or connected care solutions.
  • Experience leading product strategy for analytics platforms, AI-enabled solutions, clinical decision support tools, or healthcare software.
  • Understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, clinical workflows, and digital health business models.
  • Experience evaluating strategic partnerships, acquisitions, or build/buy/partner opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, portfolio management, and business case development skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across a complex global matrix organization.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, data science, healthcare, or a related field.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$134,400.00 - $201,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
