What your day-to-day will look like:- Lead large-scale implementations
- Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support
- Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations
- Work with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support
- Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects
- Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
- Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations
- Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner
What you'll need to excel: At a minimum, you'll need:
- 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry
- Experience in 2 or more of the following disciplines: supply chain management, transportation, or distribution
- Project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Access and Project)
It'd be great if you also have:
- Excellent planning, client support, communication, and organizational skills
