Senior Transportation/Roadway Project Engineer

The Opportunity

Aguirre & Fields is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead meaningful civil engineering work that strengthens communities. This role blends technical leadership, project delivery, mentoring, and client service.

You'll partner with Project Managers, Office Team Leads, and project teams to deliver work on schedule, within budget, and with a strong focus on client and staff satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a registered Professional Engineer who brings technical depth, clear communication, dependable leadership, and a passion for developing people and solving complex problems.
  • Relevant civil engineering design and project experience.
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
  • Registered Professional Engineer.
  • Relevant technology and software experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
