Qualifications

• Master's degree in water resources or related discipline preferred.
• Project experience and existing relationships with local DOT and municipal clients.
• Advanced knowledge of stormwater engineering concepts and H&H modeling programs and ArcGIS.
• Strong leadership, planning, mentoring and staff management experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategic planning and oversight of technical project delivery with a focus on profitability.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and mentoring to ensure high-quality work.
• Serve as a senior technical leader within a multidisciplinary design team.
• Provide oversight for infrastructure projects, from small improvements to large programs.
• Lead project design efforts, including scope, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Prepare and review hydraulic design deliverables, including various analyses and permitting.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain project objectives and contribute to business development.
