What You'll Do- Support the development of manufacturing test systems for radar surveillance, electronic warfare, and UAS technologies
- Apply sound engineering principles to support the introduction of new designs into production
- Assist in developing and maintaining test hardware to increase capability, reliability, and throughput
- Modify and maintain software such as LabVIEW and Python
- Utilize SQL queries and engineering tools (MATLAB, Minitab, etc.) to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement efforts
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues within manufacturing test environments
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing during new product introductions and ongoing production
- Ensure test documentation, requirements, and records meet technical, quality, and schedule requirements
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering technology, or related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of radar, RF, and electronic warfare systems
- Familiarity with how product requirements translate into manufacturing and test solutions
- Exposure to design-for-test or manufacturing test requirements development is a plus
- Knowledge of programming tools like LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python
- Familiarity with databases and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of structured problem solving and root cause analysis techniques
- Experience with hardware or software troubleshooting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take on technical challenges
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
