Job Summary

The Senior Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through the development of new customer accounts, management of existing client relationships, and promotion of advanced particle and surface characterization solutions. This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, delivering technical presentations, managing sales pipelines, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing business while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Generate and develop new customer accounts.
  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Present technical solutions to executives, production managers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
  • Accurately forecast sales activities and revenue opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
