Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Technical Project Manager - Healthcare to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives. The role involves working closely with senior program managers, engineering teams, and product owners to track project timelines, manage documentation, and remove blockers. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of software development lifecycles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize technical workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives, potentially leading multiple projects concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.
• Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while adhering to approved hours and project scope.
• Mentor team members and provide feedback to build a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration.
• 5 years of experience leading system implementations or business transformation programs.
• 5 years of experience leading governance forums, steering committees, or executive reporting.
• 3 years of experience leading large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• 3 years of experience leading high-visibility initiatives with significant executive exposure.
• 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, where required.
• In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of experience in a related field.
