You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Support, Solutions Engineering and customer-facing teams to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, track delivery and ensure high-priority initiatives move from planning through release. You will also play a key role in coordinating complex customer issues that require involvement across multiple technical teams. The ideal candidate is highly technical, comfortable working directly with engineers and able to bring structure, accountability and visibility to complex initiatives without owning the underlying product strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Drive execution of roadmap initiatives across the KeeperPAM portfolio, including secrets management, secure remote access, endpoint privilege management, discovery, machine identity and related capabilities
  • Translate product priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, dependencies and cross-functional workstreams
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to ensure roadmap initiatives progress from requirements through development, QA and release
  • Coordinate complex customer-impacting issues across Engineering, Support, Solutions Engineering, Product and other technical teams
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to identify root causes, define action plans, establish ownership and drive high-priority customer issues to resolution
  • Track engineering dependencies, technical risks, blockers and delivery status across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Maintain clear visibility into roadmap execution, release readiness and customer commitments for leadership and stakeholder teams
  • Facilitate technical discussions and ensure decisions, dependencies and follow-up actions are clearly documented and assigned
  • Coordinate release planning, validation, readiness reviews and handoffs across Product, Engineering and QA teams
  • Identify process gaps that create delivery friction and work with teams to improve execution, communication and operational efficiency
  • Support prioritization discussions by providing clear information on dependencies, delivery risk, engineering capacity and customer impact
  • Develop and maintain program metrics, status reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into roadmap progress and issue resolution
  • Use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve technical analysis, documentation, issue summarization, status reporting and workflow efficiency

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, technical project leadership or a related role within SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise software
  • Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, integrations and modern enterprise application architectures
  • Experience driving complex software initiatives across Product, Engineering, QA and customer-facing teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical workstreams, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines
  • Experience coordinating complex customer escalations or production issues involving multiple engineering teams
  • Ability to read and understand technical requirements, architecture discussions, logs, API documentation and engineering tradeoffs
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development, release management and software delivery processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, product leaders, executives and customer-facing stakeholders
  • Proven ability to bring structure and accountability to ambiguous or rapidly changing technical initiatives
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to use AI-enabled tools effectively for technical analysis, documentation, issue management and program execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
