Drive MBRs, QBRs, and OP planning cycles to maintain organizational alignment on goals, metrics, and resource allocation • Drive system performance KPIs and product launch readiness milestones through dashboards and reporting, ensuring alignment across hardware, software, and customer experience teams • Manage CapEx/OpEx budget alignment and coordinate financial inputs across program milestones and product launches • Streamline and eliminate excess process; create predictable process paths that increase team productivity and effectiveness Technical Leadership • Understand the systems in the CT product/program space, including system limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind architectural decisions • Influence system owners and architecture decisions; drive simplification and efficiency in existing engineering to unblock innovation • Ensure dependencies are managed and teams are decoupled where appropriate to eliminate architecture problems that stifle innovation or cause outages • Be data-driven in all decisions; influence team technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions • Set a great example of program management best practices for others Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
