Partner with the bestThe Technical Project Manager oversees the full software development lifecycle for API Security product portfolio. This role requires technical expertise, strong project execution, and close cross-functional collaboration.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing complex projects with meticulous attention to detail, rigorous prioritization, and proactive scheduling.
- Driving Sprint planning and execution in close collaboration with Engineering, Research and Product teams.
- Liaising across Sales, Sales Engineering, Services and Support to facilitate effective communication and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
- Identifying and resolving project conflicts and roadblocks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Creating and optimizing processes and tracking core performance metrics to sustain operational excellence.
Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Have 5+ years managing technical software projects within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
- Have proven experience optimizing product and engineering delivery processes within B2B technology organizations.
- Have proficiency with Jira, Confluence and generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini.
- Have analytical skills, big-picture thinking, a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach.
- Have excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse, non-technical audiences.
