Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Design, develop, and implement robust Java Fullstack applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Integrate agentic AI functionalities into existing and new applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and maintainability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java development and AI integration.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills:- Proficiency in Java Fullstack development, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with backend technologies, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of integrating AI technologies and frameworks into software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
