Full Job Description
EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Manager to join our State and Local Tax (SALT) practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and provides clients with exceptional services. What Work You Will be Responsible For: • Multistate consulting and compliance services, including: • Technical review of partnership and corporate state and local tax returns, with attention to multistate tax issues such as allocation, apportionment, modifications, nexus, unitary filings, and flow-through taxation • Residency issues. • Sales tax consulting, including nexus and taxability studies. • Audit defense. • Research and writing. • Due diligence • Coordinating and collaborating with other in-house tax professionals, as well as clients. • Reviewing and consulting on pass-through entity issues including estimated payment, withholding and composite tax calculations as well as investor packages including state K-1s and grids and related filings. • Researching and analyzing state tax legislation and analyzing the impact to clients. • Assisting with various tax consulting projects including research and writing projects related to tax planning, restructuring, and accounting for income taxes. For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $250,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
