Description
DarkStar Intelligence is looking for a Senior Task Manager to support our customer onsite in Bethesda, Maryland.
Responsibilities- Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level
- Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
- Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
- Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
- Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
Requirements
- TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is required
- Requires a BS/BA with 18+ years, MS+10 or no degree and 24 years of experience
- Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
- Receiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systems
- Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
- Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
Desired Skills- Experience with preparing training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
Salary Range$130,000 - $165,000 per year This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
