As an HR Sourcing Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will leverage various search techniques to identify and engage candidates, while proactively maintaining a robust talent pipeline. Additionally, as a more experienced consultant you will be a knowledgeable resource and provide strategic guidance to enhance the overall sourcing function.
Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
- Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry and sourcing trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-firm special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
The qualifications.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related business field required.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on sourcing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and improve sourcing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with various forms of social media and applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.
The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00
