Job Description:Job Summary:We are seeking a
Senior Talent Management Partner to design, implement, and continuously improve division level talent initiatives that support employee growth, engagement, performance, and retention across a global organization. In this role, you will partner closely with HR and business leaders to translate business needs into actionable talent solutions, with a focus on Employee Insights, Career Planning, and Professional Development. Responsibilities include coordinating talent programs, managing program execution and logistics, analyzing talent data, facilitating impactful workshops, consulting on talent-related challenges, and identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, creative, with strong communication skills to drive individual and organizational success.
What You Will Do:- Execute division level talent management activities such as career planning learning sessions, Employee Insights Survey, S&G allocation process, training workshops (ex. Crucial Conversations), Clifton StrengthsFinder, local networking events.
- Consult on talent management related topics with HR business partners and business leaders.
What You Will Have:- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
- Leadership Development: Knowledge of leadership development methods, tools, and techniques; ability to design and implement leadership development programs.
- Training and Development: Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies; ability to ensure that a target population has the knowledge and skills required to meet both tactical and strategic objectives.

Summary Pay Range:$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
