Job Summary & Responsibilities
- System Integration & Design: Lead architecture, integration, and verification of complex optical or electron-beam imaging systems.
- Requirements Management: Define, document, and manage system requirements and interfaces
- Performance Optimization: Conduct error budgeting, tolerance analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA) to meet imaging performance targets.
- Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyze large data sets from system tests, simulation, and field data using Python, MATLAB, or JMP.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software, mechanical, optics, and manufacturing teams to ensure system-level performance goals are met.
- Customer Support: Provide high-level technical troubleshooting for field escalations
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Optics.
- Experience: 3+ years (3–15+ for senior roles) in complex system development, preferably within the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of optical systems, control engineering, and software/hardware integration.
- Tools: Experience with data analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, JMP, LabVIEW).
Compensation & Growth
• Base Salary Range:
$128,000.00 - $192,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
