THE WORKEADGE-T is seeking a systems engineer to join one of the agile development teams. In this role, you will:
- Decompose higher-level requirements from L1/A Spec to L2/B Spec
- Use DOORS Next to track requirements
- Participate in engineering design reviews
- Design/execute trade studies/analysis of alternatives
- Perform requirements verification
- Participate in System Architecture activities
- Use Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like SysML and Cameo
Basic Qualifications• Systems engineering experience within requirements, verification, and validation
• Experience with requirement decomposition from L1/A Spec to L2/B Spec requirements
• Knowledge or experience with DOORS or another requirements management tool
• Experience preparing for and participating in engineering design reviews (SRR, SDR, etc.)
• Experience designing and executing trade studies/analysis of alternatives
• Ability to travel OCONUS
• Ability to obtain a Secret DoD Security Clearance
Desired Skills• Experience with Requirements and Verification teams to create, update, maintain, verify and release requirements for large programs
• Experience with System Architecture
• Experience with Lockheed Martin system engineering and requirements processes
• Experience with DOORs Next
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo)
• SAFE AGILE / Atlassian JIRA
• Bachelor Degree in an engineering or related discipline
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
