Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer/Analyst who will support our government customer in a fast-paced environment as a member of their Systems Division team. This team focuses on research and development of electronic systems including Radio Frequency emitters and/or Unmanned Aerial Systems to support US Army Test and Training. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Systems Engineering and possesses strong time management skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to balancing program priorities and project deadlines. This position requires exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and teammates.
Responsibilities
• Conduct analysis and testing on electronic systems.
• Prepare DD Form 1494, Application for Equipment Frequency Allocation, for system clearance prior to operations.
• Coordinate and participate in execution of real-world and virtual systems used for operational test and training events.
• Develop technical documentation such as system analysis, test plans, scenarios and capability statements to support test documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to define test objectives and requirements.
• Familiarity with Government Acquisition processes and strategies.
• Once trained, operate systems during test and training events.
Required
• BS or BA degree
• 8 years of related experience
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Experience with Electronic Warfare (Electronic Attack, Electronic Support and Electronic Protection)
• Understanding of the Radio Frequency Spectrum
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability for travel up to 30% based on mission requirements
• Must have an in-scope Secret security clearance
