Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience related to Health IT.
- Demonstrated experience developing DoW systems utilizing the DoD Issuance (DoDI) 5000.02 agile development process.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in application and business process development.
- Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to reduce development time, improve deployments, and reduce defects.
- Knowledge of computer concepts and techniques to develop and apply automated solutions to engineering, scientific, or business data acquisition and management problems.
- Must have Open Text experience
- Highly recommended: Experience implementing large-scale OpenText Content Suite, AppWorks, and Archive Center.
- Highly recommend OpenText certification (Content Server or AppWorks)
