SummaryThe Senior Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), warehouse automation systems, and related logistics applications supporting Belimo Americas distribution operations. This role is responsible for the administration, support, enhancement, testing, and continuous improvement of warehouse management and automation solutions. The position partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, IT, and external vendors to ensure system reliability, operational efficiency, and successful delivery of strategic warehouse technology initiatives.
What You'll DoSAP EWM & Warehouse Systems Ownership- Serve as the primary technical resource for SAP EWM and warehouse automation systems for Belimo USA Inc.
- Lead SAP EWM master data governance and coordinate system configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot complex system and operational issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement- Lead and support SAP EWM enhancements, upgrades, and integration initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise during project design, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.
Testing & Change Management- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for SAP EWM enhancements, software upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Lead end-to-end integration testing across the Belimo systems landscape.
Training & Documentation- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions for warehouse users, supervisors, and support teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, IT, and external vendors to ensure system availability and operational continuity.
- Provide backup support for Senior Logistics Systems Analyst II responsibilities as required.
Who You Are- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related STEM field required.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience supporting SAP EWM integration and implementation projects.
- Experience integrating SAP EWM with warehouse automation systems (ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems, shuttle systems, WCS/WAMAS, etc.).
- Experience with SAP EWM migration or implementation projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes including receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and physical inventory.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Adaptable to evolving technologies and changing business requirements.

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000 - $115,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee's annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
