Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Supervisor, MaintenanceWork Pattern: Full-Time - Must be available to work shifts and/or flexible hours. This position has a traditional work schedule (Monday - Friday)Working Location: Aiken, SC "Relocation assistance will be provided if applicable."
Global Grade/Level - Global Grade 10 What you will be doing: - Interprets corporate policies to workers and enforces safety regulations while complying with terms of contractual labor agreement.
- Maintains departmental attendance and overtime records.
- Keeps management abreast of progress, developments and pending problems.
- Coordinates activities of skilled tradesmen and schedules work with other departments
- Manages preventive maintenance programs/procedures and utilizes a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Basic Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, electrical, or civil engineering or a business major operations/facilities management related field and 5 years supervisory experience; or 9 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills
- High level of oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer applications and/or controlled systems.

Preferred Requirements: - Completion of recommended company-training programs.
- Knowledge of total productive maintenance principles.
- Knowledge of ISO/QS-9000 requirements.
- Familiarity with "Lean Manufacturing" principles
