Description
The Senior Project Superintendent leads large-scale, multi-phased, complex, and fast-track construction projects by driving field excellence, advanced sequencing, and coordination across all trades and self-perform scopes. This role strengthens company-wide safety culture, enhances customer and project management confidence, and ensures highly reliable project outcomes through expert planning, problem-solving, and leadership. Serving as a technical authority and leadership resource, the Senior Project Superintendent reinforces company standards while developing future field leaders across the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead and model advanced safety leadership, reinforcing a strong company-wide safety culture across all projects
-Proactively identify systemic safety risks and coach superintendents and crews to exceed compliance standards
-Drive successful execution of large-scale and fast-track projects through expert planning, sequencing, and coordination
-Apply deep technical expertise across concrete, steel, framing, finishes, MEP, and site utilities to resolve complex field challenges
-Direct advanced trade sequencing, logistics, and coordination to support aggressive schedules and workflow continuity
-Serve as a trusted senior-level field representative for customers, designers, inspectors, and project management teams
-Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and job site professionalism across complex project environments
-Reduce rework and accelerate project closeout through advanced quality planning and continuous improvement
-Mentor and develop superintendents, foremen, and emerging field leaders across multiple projects
-Provide leadership oversight to multiple superintendents, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and customer expectations

-Expert-level field leadership with the ability to independently lead large, complex construction projects
-Advanced situational awareness and risk management capability across multi-trade and fast-track environments
-Exceptional communication and active listening skills with internal and external stakeholders

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
-20+ years of field leadership experience as a Project Superintendent
-Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex, and multi-phased construction projects
-OSHA 30-hour certification required
-Superintendent Safety Specialist Certified (STSC) required
