Responsibilities
Ensuring our projects run smoothly on time, and to the highest standards.
Contributing towards the success of major infrastructure developments through effective leadership and organizational skills.
Supporting on-site supervision of construction activities and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Assisting in coordinating daily on-site construction activities.
Enforcing health and safety protocols in compliance with applicable regulations.
Supervising subcontractors and ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently.
Supporting scheduling, inspections, and reporting requirements.
Communicating updates regularly to the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
Assisting with scheduling and the coordination of suppliers and sub-trades
Assisting with scheduling and coordination of crews to sites.
Completing and maintaining daily journals/site records.
Organizing/Preparing administrative documents.
Monitoring tools and equipment on site for cost control.
Documenting and preparing work documents for submission to the client.
Reviewing and monitoring Amico and its Subcontractors' deficiencies and required corrective actions.
Qualifications

The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
