As a Senior Structural Project Engineer in our Forensics Practice, you'll independently evaluate, adapt, and apply advanced engineering concepts to challenging forensic problems. You'll influence technical direction, mentor others, and engage in client-facing opportunities while contributing to proposals and thought leadership.

What You'll Do- Handle forensic investigations and help develop innovative solutions for repair and remediation.
- Prepare deliverables that communicate clearly with clients and legal teams.
- Proactively coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal experts.
- Contribute to proposals and represent TT's technical excellence with clients.
- Build the leadership quality of seeing beyond tasks to how structural decisions shape outcomes, innovation, and long-term client value.
- Mentor earlier-career engineers and enhance team technical capabilities.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure.
- 6+ years of structural design experience.
- Ability to independently develop engineering approaches and troubleshoot novel challenges.
- Curiosity, initiative, and desire to grow into a technical leader.
