The Senior Strategist is responsible for leading the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans that align with client objectives and market trends. This role involves conducting in-depth research, developing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning & Development:
  • Lead the development of innovative marketing strategies that align with client business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify key challenges and opportunities, translating these into strategic recommendations.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop detailed campaign briefs that clearly outline objectives, target audiences, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure strategies are effectively implemented across all channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and achieve client KPIs.

Consumer Insights & Research:
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain deep insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and motivations.
  • Analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain relevant and competitive.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and guidance on marketing initiatives.
  • Present strategic plans and performance results to clients, clearly articulating the rationale behind recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with the agency's strategic services.

Brand Strategy & Positioning:
  • Lead the development of brand positioning and messaging strategies that differentiate clients in the marketplace.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints, from digital channels to offline experiences.
  • Provide strategic direction on content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand values and objectives.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Work closely with other departments, including creative, media, and technology teams, to ensure the integration and alignment of strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Represent the strategy team in internal meetings, providing updates on strategic initiatives and performance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Report on the impact of strategic initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Mentorship & Development:
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior strategists and other team members, helping them develop their strategic thinking and skills.
