Own the annual budget, long-range plan, and underlying financial models.
Establish and run the monthly operating cadence, including forecast updates, budget-vs-actuals reviews with business leadership, and a standard review package that explains key drivers and recommended actions.
Own the revenue forecast end to end, translating pipeline, win rates, and project timing into a reliable view of bookings and revenue.
Forecast and track project-level profitability and gross margin.
Build capacity and operations forecasts that translate revenue targets into staffing needs, print and delivery output, utilization, and the mix of billable and non-billable time.
Define and track operating metrics such as utilization, print productivity, and unit costs.
Advise business leadership on operating and investment decisions through investment cases and scenario analysis.
