  • Partner with subsystem architects to ensure delivery plans and implementation strategies align with architecture, product roadmaps, and long-term technical direction.

  • Participate in software design reviews, architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, root-cause analysis, and technical decision-making.

  • Collaborate with product management, systems engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, program management, and other software teams to ensure requirements are clear, complete, verifiable, and aligned with user needs.

  • Coordinate and communicate with remote and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, integration, and release readiness.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop software engineers; support goal setting, performance feedback, hiring, onboarding, and talent development.

  • Champion software engineering best practices include design patterns, coding standards, automated testing, CI/CD, design reviews, observability, and maintainability.

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 10 years of professional software development experience.

  • 5 years of technical leadership experience leading complex software initiatives from concept through release.

  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, and modern engineering practices.

  • Strong software design and coding skills with modern object-oriented programming languages.
