Location:Onsite, four days per week - Bristol, PA or Kohler, WI
OpportunityAs the Senior Sourcing Specialist, Luxury Sourcing, you will be responsible for building a global network of supply partners to deliver Kallista's curated luxury portfolio. Acting as a global merchant, this position will create and execute sourcing strategies that specialize in artisan craftsmanship, luxury materials, high-end finishes and exclusive partnerships for the kitchen and bath space. Representing supply chain in cross-functional teams, you will drive and execute tasks to support New Product Development and Cost Saving Projects. Manage commercial relationships with suppliers and artisans to achieve quality, delivery and cost goals. Responsible for applying the guidelines of company policies, procedures and controls to achieve business objectives.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for direct material sourcing of components and finished goods in the luxury products category.
- Manage identification, strategic selection and commercial relationships of new and existing sources.
- Assist the creation of commercial agreements with exclusive brand partnerships.
- Drive supplier performance improvements in cost, quality, delivery and service.
- Build, request and review quotations for new and existing finished goods and components.
- Negotiate price, terms, lead time, and minimum order quantities according to business needs.
- Assist with supplier selection, utilizing cross-functional input and following self derived negotiation strategy and total cost analysis.
- Write, analyze and issue various weekly, monthly, annual supply chain reports and status updates.
- Follow-up on major or rush purchases to ensure proper handling and delivery.
- Maintain accurate yearly standard costs file.
- Provide guidance to team members relative to procurement and negotiation best practices.
- Maintain tracking and control of Kallista owned capital assets located at assigned suppliers.
- Perform other assigned related duties, meetings, etc.
Skills/Requirements - 5+ years of experience or related experience preferred in the field of Purchasing, Supply Chain with a high value placed on direct-material purchasing/merchant experience.
- Bachelor's degree required. Fields of study in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering preferred.
- Diversified commodity exposure in components, raw materials and/or services.
- International purchasing experience required.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop, negotiate, and implement formal Supply & Purchase Agreements.
- Builds trust and effective working relationships quickly.
- Excellent communicator cross functional and cross-culturally.
- Creative when faced with difficult problems.
- Strong written, verbal presentation, and negotiation skills.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
