The Guest Acquisition team is building the self-driving, AI-powered platform for profitable growth for small businesses. A crucial element of this growth engine is attracting new consumer demand for our restaurant customers through SEO and AEO/GEO.
Owner's acquisition engine first identifies what makes a given restaurant unique, evaluates local demand for its offerings, and assesses the most relevant competition to determine the best strategy for promoting that restaurant. Then, the platform automatically generates relevant website pages and content, monitors results over time, and evolves its strategy as it gets more data.
We are looking for a mission-driven engineer who is passionate about their craft and committed to building incredible products for our customers.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of major initiatives such as new ingestion sources, indexing and serving improvements, or content generation workflows, from design through launch and operational readiness.
- Raise the bar on reliability, quality, and observability across pipelines and services, building guardrails, alerting, dashboards, and incident-ready runbooks that enable sustained iteration.
- Drive a rigorous experimentation and measurement loop, partnering with product, data, and cross-functional teams to validate impact, diagnose regressions, and continuously improve performance.
