Essential functions
• Lead the technical direction and ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency of complex software development projects.
• Shape project architecture and resolve cross-team blockers to drive delivery speed and quality.
• Merge and optimize large development branches to simplify DevOps workflows and accelerate deployments.
• Actively participate in ticket refinements by providing technical insights to shape clear, actionable requirements.
• Deliver core features for client-facing platforms and introduce modern technologies such as React 18 with server-side rendering (SSR) and Suspense streaming.
• Investigate and optimize cross-browser JavaScript performance, introduce security headers to enhance web application security, and develop tools that reduce migration efforts.
• Spearhead zero-trust security working with CSP 3.0, OAuth2, and JSON Web Token (JWT).
• Design high-performance architectures utilizing SSR, PPR and serverless approaches.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered or at least TWO (2) years of experience in the following:
1. Architecture & Patterns: Micro-frontends, serverless edge frameworks, and event-driven design
2. Security & Compliance: OAuth2, JWT
3. JavaScript technologies: React, Node.js and Express.js
Two years of experience must include at least ONE (1) year of experience in the following:
4. Frontend Performance: Tree-shaking, code-splitting, SSR/streaming hydration, cross-browser and performance optimization
5. Security and compliance: Zero-Trust architectures, CSP 3.0
6. Component-driven development using Storybook
