Fusion Health is seeking a bright, motivated, and collaborative Senior Software Engineer to join our Application Development team. Our teams are based in Woodbridge, NJ and Topeka, KS. We operate in a hybrid environment.
What You'll Do- Architect, build and maintain full-stack software solutions (frontend, backend, database)
- Write clean, testable code following well-defined processes
- Participate in design discussions and own module components
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve existing codebases
- Develop and maintain automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers and QA to deliver robust solutions
- Produce relevant documentation throughout the SDLC
- Keep up with emerging technologies and best practices
- Support proof-of-concept development and evaluate new tools or frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and guide team practices
- Manage your project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
Who You Are- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- 5-8+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular/AngularJS or equivalent), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and .NET Core
- Proven full-stack development expertise, including building and consuming RESTful Web APIs (ASP.NET Core preferred)
- Solid experience with SQL (SQL Server preferred)
- Hands-on proficiency with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as Jenkins, Octopus, and Ansible
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Demonstrated accountability and an ownership mindset. We're seeking more teammates who take initiative, follow through, and drive work to completion rather than treating the role as a traditional 9-5
Additional Details:- This is an on-site (hybrid), full-time, salaried position. Our normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Compensation- Salary Range: $135,000 - $155,000.
