Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (Python, React, GCP)
Overview / Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet customer and business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software development, cloud technologies, backend development, and frontend development. This role involves understanding application architecture, implementing new requirements, identifying technical gaps, and delivering scalable and efficient software solutions.
The candidate should also have experience leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Understand application architecture, technology stacks, customer use cases, and business requirements.
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and products.
Work with product teams to understand and implement new requirements.
Proactively identify application gaps and recommend effective technical solutions.
Design and implement software architecture, components, and interfaces.
Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, and microservices.
Create user-friendly and interactive frontend interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and architects.
Determine appropriate technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies.
Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, and processes.
Improve application performance and optimize development efficiency.
Apply modern software engineering practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Support application security practices, including data encryption and anonymization.

Required Qualifications
6+ years of overall IT experience.
4+ years of software development experience.
Practical experience in at least two programming languages or advanced proficiency in one programming language.

Strong understanding of application architecture and software development practices.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Generative AI technologies and stacks.
Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants such as OpenCode or Claude Code.
Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
