- Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and resolving engineering challenges.
- Explore and apply AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies as part of ongoing modernization.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of software development experience, including experience with web or eCommerce applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Elasticsearch, or Dynatrace, or data integration tools such as NiFi preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.
