Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team and work with us on the systems that support our company. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing our existing ERP infrastructure, ensuring continuity, reliability, and long-term scalability of core enterprise systems. Responsibilities

  • Own projects cross-functionally and across teams, with a particular focus on supporting and maintaining our existing ERP systems.
  • Take on the most challenging development projects, proactively identifying and addressing major technical challenges.
  • Lead the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and systems, while ensuring backward compatibility and stability of existing ERP platforms.
  • Provide guidance, remove blockers for team members, and function as a team or segment lead when required.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth and best practices across the team.
  • Follow standard software development life cycle (SDLC) processes with rigor and consistency
  • Develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications, with an emphasis on preserving the integrity of existing ERP systems.
  • Design and implement complex enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration with current infrastructure.
  • Continuously innovate and modernize applicable software development technologies and trends without compromising system stability.
  • Perform thorough code reviews to uphold high standards of quality and maintainability.
  • Create and maintain detailed, accurate documentation to support long-term system maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with operational teams regarding complex software concepts.
  • Translate technical requirements into robust application interfaces.
  • Manage time effectively in a deadline-driven, collaborative team environment.
  • Supervise staff as needed.

Skills Required

Salary Range: $120,000 -$140,000/Year, DOE

Education

A bachelor's degree in computer science (or other relevant concentration) required. An additional three years of directly relevant software development experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
