We are seeking a Senior Software Architect to join our core R&D team. You will help define and evolve the technical foundation of our platform as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and emerging AI capabilities where you'll design systems that are not only reliable and scalable, but also ready to leverage the next generation of AI-driven tooling.
You'll act as a senior individual contributor and technical leader, partnering across teams to shape architecture, guide critical decisions, and turn complex ideas into practical, production-ready systems.
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve system architecture across our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Partner closely with engineering and product teams to design systems that balance speed of delivery with long-term flexibility
Lead high-impact technical decisions, including trade-offs across performance, cost, and complexity
Translate ambiguous business or product needs into clear technical approaches and system designs
Identify architectural gaps, technical debt, and scaling bottlenecks, and drive solutions proactively
Act as a technical mentor and thought partner across teams
AI & Emerging Technology Focus:
