LOCATION: Bellevue Washington

The Sr. Site Superintendent prepares the project labor schedule and budget for all assigned projects. They will also coordinate activities of all onsite consultants, engineers, inspectors and subcontractors, and Onni site labor. This team member will provide the leadership, planning, organization, direction, coordination, and control to meet the profit and growth objectives on all projects assigned.

What Will You Do?
  • Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling and overall closure of high rise projects.
  • Overseeing all site activities by any and all sub-trades each day
  • Ensure project aligns with the Companies high standards
  • Driving and maintaining overall construction schedule over the duration of the project
  • Updating Project Manager with key milestone dates, and forecasting daily, weekly and monthly targets, and reports
  • Assisting project manager with overall budget review and cost tracking
  • Issuing work orders for any and all materials coming to the site
  • Develop site logistics plans for projects
  • Design review for efficiencies and schedule improvements
  • Review of design documents for constructability and logistics
  • Site documentation and review of any site changes and cost implications
  • Overall supervision of all sub-trades, workers, and suppliers
  • Reviewing of contracts and sub-trade or suppliers scope of work to ensure compliance
  • Working with site safety coordinator to ensure overall safety of the site
  • Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to review and Implement quality control
  • Site resource allocation form internal and external resources
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Oversee responsibilities, train, teach and lead superintendents that report to this position
  • Coordinate and execute neighborhood communications and foster good relationships with the community and the Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
  • Oversee multiple project teams in the Seattle area
  • Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management including travel to Vancouver, BC for meetings with upper management.


What You Bring
  • Minimum 20 years of commercial construction related experience
  • Experience overseeing high end multifamily projects an asset
  • Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset
  • OSHA 10 or 30-hour training certificate an asset
  • Ability to lead a diverse team of construction professional from preconstruction through project completion


Salary Range:

$190,000-$220,000
