Dewberry is seeking an experiencedSenior Site/Civil Project Managerfor our Richmond, VA office. This is an opportunity to lead impactful site/civil design projects within thehigher education, public sector and institutional markets, influence strategic growth, and help shape a highperforming team serving publicsector clients. Werelooking for a motivated leader with strong technicalexpertise, proven project management capability, and a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

Project & Technical Leadership

  • Lead teams in all aspects of site/civil design including site layout and planning, grading, stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, utilities, roadways, and permitting
  • Manage the design and delivery of multiple, concurrent projects
  • Ensure project quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met.

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and agency staff
  • Participate in public and construction meetings as needed
  • Support business development, marketing efforts, and proposal preparation

Team Development

  • Oversee, mentor, and train junior and midlevel team members
  • Help foster a collaborative, learningfocused team culture
Required Skills & Required Experience

Salary Range

The projected range for this position is $155,000 - $195,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
