The Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
• Analyze threat radar, communications, and EW systems to support development of EA/ES techniques.
• Characterize threat signals, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational employment.
• Develop technical recommendations supporting Army reprogramming, mission data generation, and threat library development.
• Evaluate Army EW system effectiveness against current and emerging threats.
• Conduct Verification & Validation (V&V) testing and assess laboratory, developmental, operational, and field test results.
• Review intelligence products, technical reports, and briefings for analytical accuracy and completeness.
• Develop technical reports, assessments, and briefings for military and government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, intelligence analysts, and operational personnel to support mission objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and analyst mentorship.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, ELINT, RF analysis, or intelligence analysis.
• Knowledge of Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Support (ES), and Electronic Protection (EP).
• Experience analyzing RF communications, radar systems, electronic emitters, or EW systems.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, technical writing, and briefing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Desired:
• Military or government EW experience.
• Experience with Army reprogramming, mission data, or threat libraries.
• Knowledge of EWIR, ELINT, CED, TECHINT, and AFTTP products.
• Experience with Blue Force and threat EW systems.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, GNU Radio, or similar analytical tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
