We are seeking a Senior Ship's Force Resources (SFR) Process Master.

Located on-site in Chesapeake, VA.

ESN is seeking a Senior Ship's Force Resources (SFR) Process Master to support a contract with our Navy customer at Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News, VA. This opportunity provides maintenance support for all aircraft carrier availabilities in the areas of Knowledge Management, Process Improvement, and Change Management.

Experience Requirement:
  • Post CVN Ship's Maintenance Manager (SMM) or Reactor Maintenance Officer (RMO).

Education & Certification Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 10 years professional experience in directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a ship's force perspective.

OR
  • Associate's degree in a relevant discipline and 15 years professional experience in directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a ship's force perspective.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP).

Security Clearance:
  • Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
