Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in QA testing with strong foundation in QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Demonstrated proficiency in automated testing for UI and APIs with relevant tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with effective communication skills.
• Experience in creating test plans, cases, and reports that are comprehensive and clear.
• Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL for backend data validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and identify test scenarios early in the SDLC.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing.
• Execute and validate UI and API tests using both automation and manual tools.
• Perform various testing methods including regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contributions to QA process improvements.
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Provide production support, including issue investigation and verification.
