SUMMARY:
The Senior Scheduling Analyst develops, maintains, and analyzes integrated program schedules using MS Project or MS Project Server, performing schedule analyses, tracking schedule performance, and coordinating with program staff on tasks, durations, linkages, dependencies, and resource assignments. This role requires seven (7) years of experience performing schedule analyses, developing and maintaining schedules using MS Project or MS Project Server, and reporting schedule performance and analysis, with a detailed knowledge of scheduling principles involving milestones, tasks, durations, linkages, dependencies, and resources. This position requires a DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using MS Project or MS Project Server.• Perform schedule analyses, including critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and variance analysis.• Track schedule performance and prepare reports and briefings summarizing schedule status and analysis.• Coordinate with program staff to identify tasks, durations, linkages, dependencies, and resource assignments.• Identify schedule risks and issues and recommend corrective actions.• Apply detailed knowledge of scheduling principles and best practices to support program planning.• Support integrated baseline reviews and schedule risk assessments as needed.• Provide guidance and review support to junior scheduling staff.• Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:
• Seven (7) years of experience performing schedule analyses, developing and maintaining schedules, using MS Project or MS Project Server, and reporting of the schedule performance and analysis. Experience should be with schedules, which include milestones, tasks, durations, linkages, dependencies, and resources. An individual in this category needs to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of scheduling principles.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None. This position may provide functional guidance to junior scheduling staff but has no direct supervisory responsibility.

May require lifting up to 25 pounds.
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:
DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
