  • AHRTC Schedule Support: As a senior scheduler in support of the AHRTC program, you will collaborate with the other members of the scheduler team to meet the evolving needs of the program over its lifecycle.
  • Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Conduct critical path analysis and perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) to provide accurate predictive forecasting.
  • Support Standard Implementation: Ensure compliance with the "Gold Standard" for schedule health (DCMA 14-Point or equivalent) and support the implementation of the Baseline Change Request (BCR) process.
  • Support Performance Analysis: Maintain status of resource loaded IMS to support cost and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • Technical Mastery: Support "What-if" modeling and delay analysis to Program Managers, transforming data into actionable strategy.

Preferred Education / Experience:
  • Experience: 5+ years in Project Controls, Program Management, or Scheduling or related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Mastery of Critical Path Method (CPM) logic and experience managing complex Integrated Master Schedules ($50M+ portfolio size).
