Senior Scheduler I or II - Structured Cabling to join our team.This role will perform non-routine planning and scheduling assignments requiring the application of advanced scheduling principles and techniques across complex or multiple projects. Responsible for coordinating project teams, processes, and stakeholders to implement scheduling strategies, develop and maintain project schedules, and support successful project execution.
*This position offers opportunities at both levels I or II, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
Location: TBD - location and project will be assigned. This role will require 100% travel on a rotational basis (on average it could be 3-4 weeks on a project site / about 1 week at home. This schedule is an estimate as it is also based on project need)**Traveling opportunities across the U.S. include but not limited to: LA, TX, CA, NM, WY, WI, IN, UT, IL
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and coordinate site teams, trade partners, and project stakeholders in the development, maintenance, and execution of project schedules using CPM scheduling software.
- Monitor, analyze, and update project schedules across multiple or complex projects, providing schedule status, forecasts, and recommendations to project and group leadership
- Identify schedule risks and challenges, evaluate mitigation strategies, and partner with site management to develop and implement recovery plans.
- Mentor, train, and provide guidance to less experienced planning and scheduling professionals on scheduling principles, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Development and project teams on proposals, pursuits, and preconstruction efforts, including development of project schedules and schedule-related strategy.
- Participate in corporate planning and scheduling initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and best practice sharing across the organization.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and organizational levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent field
- Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling software
- Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, methodologies, and scheduling software.
- Thorough knowledge of standard construction practices, project sequencing, and schedule development techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise creativity, critical thinking, and sound judgment in anticipating and solving complex project challenges.
- Strong ability to read, review, interpret, and apply plans, specifications, customer scheduling requirements, and contract documents.
- Working knowledge of project management principles, contracts, buyout processes, and project controls.
- Working knowledge of 4D visual planning methodologies, including schedule visualization and communication tools.
- Knowledge of cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules and their application to project planning and performance management.
- Knowledge of claims avoidance, schedule impact analysis, and dispute resolution techniques.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment and build relationships across diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and organizational levels.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional service and positive outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, complete, and timely work products.

Senior Scheduler I Qualifications:- 4+ years of construction experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
Senior Scheduler II Qualifications:- 6+ years of construction experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience

The base compensation range for this role is: $102,000 - $160,800. Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill, and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
