OverviewJST is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Tester to join our team.

Senior Salesforce QA Tester Responsibilities- Develop Test plans and execute Tests in a Salesforce environment
- Provide mentorship for a team of quality assurance testers
- Perform different types of testing, including functional, end-to-end, and regression testing
- Perform Quality Assurance and control
- Report testing status updates, defects/issues, and results
- Develop test cases/scripts and prioritize testing activities
- Collaborate with developers, product owners/SMEs, and other stakeholders
- Identify roles/skills required for tests.
- Identify test coverage to ensure all changes in process are tested.
- Advise executive stakeholders on key issues and interfaces with other top subject matter experts.
- Provide expert guidance and insight into specific business domains and technologies.
Senior Salesforce QA Tester Qualifications- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or Business
- Expert knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile
- Experience with Salesforce testing and other third party test applications.
- Experience in development, requirements, configuration management.
- Understanding of AF HR Personnel processes.
- Recognized within industry as an innovator driving new best practices and standards within specific scope.
