Job Summary
The Senior Salesforce QA Automation Engineer will support quality assurance initiatives across Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio solutions. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Selenium automation frameworks, validating Salesforce business processes, executing comprehensive testing activities, identifying defects, and improving release quality. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to support enterprise Salesforce testing initiatives and leverage AI tools to improve test automation, testing efficiency, and defect management.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation frameworks.
• Create automated test scripts based on requirements, user stories, and manual test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate Salesforce Health Cloud workflows and functionality.
• Test OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of defects.
• Utilize AI tools to improve QA automation, testing efficiency, and defect management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Leads to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and defect triage.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of QA automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience using AI tools to improve QA automation, testing efficiency, and defect management.
• Experience testing Salesforce OmniStudio components, including:
• OmniScripts
• DataRaptors
• Integration Procedures
• FlexCards
