Full Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Senior Sales Systems Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales execution while leading the optimization, adoption, and effectiveness of sales systems and processes. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, executives, and key stakeholders to identify, strategize, prioritize, and pursue new and existing opportunities, while also ensuring sales tools, CRM systems, and workflows support a scalable, high-performing sales organization.

The ideal candidate combines proven sales expertise with strong systems, process, and analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on continuous improvement, pipeline development, and operational excellence.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Lead and support the effective use, optimization, and ongoing improvement of sales systems, tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Identify, initiate, and pursue new business opportunities and key decision-makers.
  • Qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with the Company's client criteria.
  • Maintain and oversee CRM data integrity, reporting, and daily usage standards.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to analyze pipeline performance, sales metrics, and system data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Retain communication and build strong client relationships through in-person and virtual engagement.
  • Obtain and maintain advanced knowledge of company services, systems, and client needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales processes, workflows, and system best practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with Sales Leadership regarding performance, trends, system enhancements, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support onboarding and training of sales staff on sales systems, tools, and processes.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and sales conferences as needed.
  • Stay abreast of current sales trends, technology advancements, and industry changes.
  • Strive to consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and department objectives.
  • Ability to travel based on client or company needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced knowledge of sales principles, methodologies, and service-based selling.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging CRM and sales systems to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Strong ability to analyze market intelligence, sales data, and system reporting to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of the financial and servicing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Strong customer service ethic and high ethical standards.
  • Proven negotiation, closing, and relationship-management skills.
  • Meets or exceeds all Federal and State compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with interactive software and sales tools such as Zoom, BombBomb, Bam!, and CRM platforms.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and handheld devices.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment; strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with demonstrated leadership or sales operations/systems experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Title Insurance or Settlement Services Sales.
  • Title Marketing License or the ability to qualify for and obtain the license through the Department of Insurance.

Supervisory Responsibility:This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:
Working professionally in a remote capacity in the field making sales calls, attending meetings and following up with clients. Depending on location, may routinely operate in a professional office environment that uses standard office equipment such as computer, phone and photocopiers.

Physical Requirements/ADA:

No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility.

Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; travel or other inconveniences have advance notice; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor.

Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.

Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.

Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Days and hours of full -time position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel:
Travel is expected for this position.
