Full Job Description
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales performance to achieve assigned order budgets and market penetration goals. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The position contributes directly to the company's growth objectives by aligning regional strategies with overall business goals and ensuring operational excellence in sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and grow a regional sales team.Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
